How do I recognize Gather trips in AmTrav?
In Trips and Trip Details, Gather bookings are labeled with a blue Gather icon. Travelers invited as non-employee guests are labeled as Guest.

How do I recognize Gather trips in my Travel Reports?
Throughout your Travel Reports, the Meeting Name field is automatically populated with the Gather meeting name. If the Meeting Name field is blank for a booking, it wasn't made through Gather. You can filter or sort by Meeting Name to isolate Gather bookings and spending.
Note: The Meeting Name field may be hidden by default. Select the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper left corner of the report to show or hide fields.
How do I recognize Gather trips in Tracking & Safety?
Gather travelers, bookings, and itineraries can be identified across all Tracking & Safety tools — including the Traveler Locator, Travel Advisories, and Arrival & Departure Manifest reports. The Meeting Name field works the same way here: populated for Gather bookings, blank for non-Gather bookings. You can filter or sort by Meeting Name.

Can I see flight data for a specific Gather meeting?
