Note: Add your loyalty information before you book. If you need to add a loyalty account to an existing booking, contact an AmTrav Travel Advisor for help.
How to Add Loyalty Program Numbers
Step 1: Go to your profile. Select My Profile from the dropdown in the upper right corner of AmTrav.
Step 2: Open Loyalty Programs. Scroll down to the Loyalty Programs section. Select Add Frequent Flyer Number, Add Frequent Guest Number, or Add Frequent Renter Number for the type of loyalty account you want to add.

Step 3: Enter and save your number. Select the vendor, enter your loyalty program number, and select Save. Your number will be automatically applied to all future bookings with that airline, hotel, or car rental company.
Heads up: Your loyalty number will only apply correctly if it's entered accurately and your name in AmTrav exactly matches the name on file with the loyalty program. For example, if AmTrav has "John Doe" but American Airlines has "John Franklin Doe" for your AAdvantage number, the number may not be recognized.
